I recently looked at a thread here requesting help, and it took a little work to figure out/zoom in to the area requested. If you have an issue with a specific location, I recommend creating a single-point record ("save route" after "Start Recording" and clicking on start point) in order for one to immediately zoom in to affected area. For example, wilariwgmap recently asked about a problem with an underpass and discontinuity, in Reading, Berkshire UK. A single-point record of the actual discontinuity ( http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=6806475 is what I created) would go a long way for helping out "Support Personnel" (e.g., nosy people like me with too much time on my hands).
